Subject: interpreter/translator

Greetings,
Am Prince Osman Khalifa from,United Arab Emirates.
am planning a trip to Australia.
I will like to employ your services as a translator during my visit to Australia with members of my family, who speak more of arabic, and in the company of my personal assistant who understands english a little and speaks arabic fluently,
so you will translate to slow english for him, then he can explain in arabic.
We intend to employ your service for 6 hours daily beginning from 12 noon to 6pm and for 7 days. Please kindly acknowledge if you will be available from April. 21st - 27th April.2006,at the requested hours and possibly quote your hourly charges so we can discuss. Best Regards,
Prince Osman.

Isn't that great? Much more creative than a begging letter. And the Prince uses a yahoo email addy. As friend commented "If he can't afford his own email program then he can't afford me."
I particularly love the whole concept of translating into slow english.
"Do...you...want...a...drink?" said slowly and very loudly, so as to promote understanding. Like something out of Fawlty Towers, what?
