In hot water

I have hot water again! Woo-hoo! It's been on the fritz for about 10 days and I have grown heartily tired of tepid showers, so yesterday lunchtime I rang a company that promised same-day service. They said they'd ring me straight back with a time frame. Six hours later I rang another company who had replaced my tired old HWS with a much bigger, shinier tank by 9.15 this morning. I didn't even need to be there. Still waiting for company no. 1 to call me back.
