I've been doing yoga for an entire month now. It's a very strong, dynamic form of yoga called Ki yoga, and I've managed on average five days per week. And I've been eating right, for the most part (not counting the odd meal out). But *sigh* my jeans are tighter than ever, especially around the thighs. I try to tell myself that's because I'm converting fat to muscle which takes up more room, but even self-delusion has its limits. I think I just have to face the fact that my next clothing purchase will be the next size up.
