Bushfire Wildlife Benefit

"Australia presents our first international virtual cat show fundraising appeal for wildlife affected by the bushfires in Feb 2009". Website and entry form here.
This is an online cat show, open to all cats, living or passed, pedigree or domestic. There are twelve rings, with Australian and overseas judges officiating. All entry money raised goes to Wildlife Victoria, with no deductions. As the site points out, The treatment and rehabilitaton of a single burnt koala costs over $400 per week, and can last many, many months.

Make sure you check out the "Tribute to CFA" page. It features members of the Country Fire Authority; all photos were taken during the terrible recent fires. If you can watch all the way through the photos without tearing up then you're tougher than I am.
