Helping Paws

Little Paws Kitten Rescue Assoc is a very active non-profit organisation in Brisbane, whose main focus is rescuing kittens and cats from otherwise certain death. The dedicated carers go out at all hours of the day and night to pick up abandoned, orphaned kitties, nurse them back to health when need be, and then find decent loving homes for the waifs. Many carers have broken sleep due to baby kittens needing to be fed two-hourly. Their daily lives revolve around the needs of the bubs in their care.

The carers are all volunteers, but food supplies and veterinary care required all cost money. Now they have a chance to win a cash prize in a photographic competition run by Canon - but they need help to do so. Three of their rescue kitty pics are in the Top Ten for the Welfare category, and can be found at the links below:

Please vote for a special little fur-person, and help the helpers.
