Is this what we've come to?

On the cover of a brochure put out by the National Bank, there's a shot of a man with a credit card protruding from his back pocket. On the back of the brochure, in small letters, is the following announcement:
"Warning - NAB does not recommend carrying your credit card in the manner depicted in the photograph."
It's a pretty sad state of affairs when a major company feels the need to warn us against ourselves. Truly, if you are stupid enough to walk around with your card hanging out of your pocket, you deserve to have it stolen. But in this day and age, when litigation is almost a national pastime, and personal responsibility is a thing of the past (kinda like Afros and hula hoops) then these warnings become necessary.
