Lucky Day

After buying the new bananabel on Thursday, imagine how freaked I was today when I came inside at lunchtime and discovered I'd lost the screw-cap off it. I knew it was there earlier today, when I got out of the shower, so sometime between then and lunch it had disappeared. I searched the house thoroughly then tackled the backyard, not really expecting to find it. After all, I was looking for a piece of gold about the size of the head of a match - but I found it, on the concrete where I had washed the car. How lucky was that!
