Made me smile!

I have a new credit card and have been busy swapping a lot of my direct debits from the old to the new. Most of these I've been able to do online, but one site (ironically for the debit set up most recently) locked me out when I couldn't remember my password, and I had to ring for assistance.

The call centre operator said he'd reset my password once I'd answered the secret question I'd chosen when I set up my account. He sounded a bit puzzled as he said "well this doesn't make any sense to me, but I suppose that's what makes it a good 'secret question' - Show and call signs?"


I was disappointed that he didn't ask me to explain.
