Saturday night.
Really muggy here tonight, and rainy as well. There are storms about and we're supposed to be getting quite violent ones later on; I keep getting warnings popping up on my weather app saying we can expect damaging winds and heavy rainfall in the next little while. With any luck the storms will bring the temperature down, even if they do nothing for the humidity.

Last cat show of the season today. I have some photos on my phone which I was hoping to post but my pc won't recognise my phone tonight and I really don't feel like dicking around with it, so they can wait.

Hope everyone is having a good start to their weekends!

Hot, sticky, raining and with thunder rumbling around. The only thing good about it is that we need the rain. Not good outlook for the rest of the weekend.

Hope the Cat Show was good and not too tiring. Looking forward to some piccies - when you feel like it, of course. *g*

On the bright side, it gets me out of staining my front deck - I can settle down to watch the V8s without feeling guilty at all.
The severe storm warning has just been cancelled so at least we're not in any imminent danger now. At one point earlier tonight they were warning for hailstones in excess of 2cm.

Cat show was good, thanks. I didn't exhibit, just went there to help so it was pretty cruisy. Will put up pics when I next log on to my laptop.

It's always odd reading about hot weather in our winter. *g*

I hope you had a good time with the cat show. I suppose it makes sense to stop them for the year as the holidays approach.

I know what you mean - it always makes me jealous and a bit wistful when I'm in the depths of winter and NH peeps are talking about the heat.

Show was fun. It used to be that the season would end around the beginning of October and not ramp up again until March, as most girls are off the bench with kittens while the working boys are totally out of condition, but the season seems to go longer and longer each year.

Edited due to dyslexic fingers and wearing my tv-watching glasses while touch-typing, instead of my reading glasses.
