He's not wrong, but I'm wondering if the struggle is entirely worth it.
From this ad: Investor alert!

A rare opportunity to enter the market and receive an 8% gross yield on your investment is very hard to look past or for those looking to purchase there own home and not have a huge mortgage over their head.
How can he use "there" incorrectly only to get it right later in the same sentence? The house takes the cake, though; it looks like a repurposed Quonset hut, and looking at the background of the second picture, I'd say there are more than one of these in the area.

I'm amazed to see that they're still being manufactured. The only place I had seen these before was in the migrant hostels that used to be used as temporary accommodation for the migrants arriving here after the second world war, and also the English who came here on the Government's subsidised scheme in the 50s, commonly referred to as "ten pound Poms" because that was all they had to contribute.
