"Healthy Eating On Christmas Day"
Christmas is traditionally a day for great food, good company and plenty of drinks. However, you can indulge on Christmas Day and still feel good at the end of it.
- Eat small amounts of a variety of foods. That way you can taste everything without overdoing it.
- Fill your plate only once and try not to go back for seconds.
- Choose the healthier snack options like salsa with vegetable sticks, seafood kebabs, wholegrain crackers, unsalted nuts, summer fruits, light beers, wine spritzers and half nips of spirits mixed with diet soft drink or soda.
- Listen to your body, stop when you are full and resist over eating.
I think they're missing the point, somehow....
