My fitbit was only five weeks old when it stopped working on Thursday. I took it back today and they simply replaced it, no questions asked - I was pretty impressed with that, as I was expecting to be given contact details for the manufacturer. Thank you, Harvey Norman. :-) Funny how naked I felt without it yesterday and today; you wouldn't think five weeks would be long enough for it to feel as natural as it did to wear it.
Spent a couple of hours working this afternoon, logging in from home. I planned on logging out at 3pm but could have gone longer, if I hadn't had to see about the fitbit and do my grocery shopping. Funny how my work just doesn't feel like work; I am truly lucky in that regard. Just as well, too, as I still have a couple more hours' work to do tomorrow.
Off now to rescue dinner from the over, turn on the telly and maybe put on a dvd. Hope everyone else has a great weekend.
ETA: oh, teacup! Knew there was something else I wanted to mention! I got a voucher today for a photo coffee mug for $7 instead of the usual $29.95 - went through my folders of fandom-related stuff and picked out some of my favourites to add, collage-style, to the cup. Yes, I know I don't own the images but no-one else will see them, the mug will be for home use only so I'm not too worried about copyright issues. But I am really excited! Can't wait to see the finished product.
