Fourth post
Pretty pleased yesterday to hop on the scales and find my weight unchanged from the Monday before Christmas. It's like my body decided to cut me some slack over the holidays - "so you want Doritos and dip for dinner? Go for it. Ice cream every night? Heh why not. Alcohol? Bring it on." Plus all the usual holiday fare. Even more surprising when I didn't make my 10,000 steps even once during the ten days off, nor did I do a scrap of exercise.

Wonder if you can be arrested for liver abuse.

Good on you!

I haven't dared to climb on the scales for the last three weeks :-(
Xmas goodies and no gym make me sure that my weight hasn't stayed the same!

On the other hand, my ribs are almost not paining me. Almost!

The *almost* lack of pain is a bonus! Hope they've finally fully healed now.

I am sooo late replying, sorry I just haven't been here for a week now :-(

Not quite.
Problem is, it comes and goes :-(

The pain is more annoying than anything else. If I'm busy, I don't really notice.
It'll go away.
One hopes!

Go you! It's brilliant those rare times your body decides to get with the plan. Great start to the new year too. I failed at the 10,000 steps too, in spite of running round like a headless chicken most of the holidays. I'm doin' it wrong *g*

Apologies for late reply, I just haven't made it here in the last week.

Isn't it excellent. Christmas is so busy, you'd think with all the nervous energy we use up that we'd lose weight, steps or no steps!
