Pretty pleased yesterday to hop on the scales and find my weight unchanged from the Monday before Christmas. It's like my body decided to cut me some slack over the holidays - "so you want Doritos and dip for dinner? Go for it. Ice cream every night? Heh why not. Alcohol? Bring it on." Plus all the usual holiday fare. Even more surprising when I didn't make my 10,000 steps even once during the ten days off, nor did I do a scrap of exercise.
