I've been reading all this advice - get up at your normal time and use your usual commute time to read a book; get dressed into your normal work clothes; do your makeup etc as though you were going into the office... yeah sod that for a game of soldiers. I've been working from home for the past two weeks, and it is expected to continue indefinitely, and I can tell you now that I am relishing that extra hour of sleep-in every morning. Makeup is a thing of the past ( block video during teleconferences) and I'm quite comfortable in shorts and tee thank you.
But what else can you do? I've downloaded a fitness app, in an attempt to make up for my missed 10k steps per day; I try to speak to one of my colleagues at least once per day. Also keep the radio playing, and every time Aha's Take On Me comes on, well then you need to get up from your desk and Jog Like A Frog -
